Here are the Farty Pants Twins eating lunch. As you can see, it is a well balanced diet. Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich, Raw Carrots, Orange Juice and …… Glue?

Plantar fasciitis. What is it? Well if you have to ask, you have never had it. In a nutshell (pun intended), it is a painful inflammatory condition caused by excessive wear to the plantar fascia of the foot. See picture below.
