Big mistake telling the kids we are going on vacation to soon.

“No we are not going to Hawaii today.”

It’s been like this for a couple of weeks now. Make it stop! Yes, I know it’s my fault. You don’t have to rub it in. I’m coming to you for advice.
MAKE IT STOP!
My kids are driving me crazy. They are driving my wife crazy. They are driving the neighbors crazy.
NEVER….. EVER…. tell your kids you are going on vacation to a swimming pool in a warm climate in winter more than 5 minutes before the plane leaves. Trust me. You will thank me later.
Oh and….. Yes. I know we suck. But we go through this every year don’t we.
