Guess the movie quote game….Round 2

Round two of the new “Guess the movie quote” game. I am changing the rules a little bit this round. Here we go.
The rules:
- Guess the movie quote listed below.
- Tell me the name of the Character that said the quote.
- Name the Actor/Actress that played the character quoted.
- Name another movie that Actor/Actress played in that you thought was a good movie.
Here is today’s quote:

I think I finally got to someone’s quiz first.
Without Google-ing this I’m not quite sure about this, but I know most of it. It’s from Cool Hand Luke and someone (I’m not sure who) said it to Luke first, but then I think Luke repeats it later. So I’m going with Luke for the character because it’s easier.
Paul Newman was the actor and he’s in a lot of my favorite movies. To go with one favorite, I’d pick Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.
My husband told me about this last week…wasn’t this that Captain from Cool Hand Luke? I have never seen the movie, but my husband said it’s a really good movie.
Yeah, it was that dick warden in Cool Hand Luke.
Can I look it up or is that cheating?
It was definitely Sharon Mitchell in Ass Blaster 7.
The characters name was probably Bitch, ’cause that’s what they all called her.
I think she was also in Ass Blaster 5. She wasn’t in Ass Blaster 6… probably some contract dispute.
