My girls have no idea who Britney Spears is. They don’t know that she contributes $120 million to our economy. They don’t show up to dinner drunk or on pills or spouting uncontrollably. Well okay, maybe they do spout uncontrollably. Tonight at dinner I noticed the girls sitting on their chairs all funny. I asked why they were sitting like that. Then they lifted their dresses to show me they were NOT wearing underwear.
“The chair is cold.” Kiera says.
“No underwear?” I said? “What is going on, are you pulling a Britney on me?”
Then Reese said. “Who’s Brit-mey?”
“Never mind!”
I changed the subject.
