So I am reminded that those of us in the Northern Hemisphere are NOT the only ones on Earth. The reason I’m reminded of this is because one of my friends is celebrating the first day of fall down under in Australia. As I browse the blogosphere I am reminded it is the first day of Spring for those of us up North but because my statcounter tells me I have readers who view the Crux or Southern Cross I extend this congratulatory day to them as well.

So I give a hearty “Welcome to the first day of Fall! Enjoy.”

The seasons are changing and Christmas is just around the corner. No wait, it’s still December 25th (even down under) and I’m told the toilet water myth has been explained by the Coriolis Effect. Come on people. Doesn’t anyone remember Bart Simpson vs. Australia? Okay I’m sorry. I digress.

Happy Fall and Spring wherever you may be. Wait! What about the people who live on the Equator?
