Chocolate with raspberry, white with strawberry mousse, and carrot cake. We figured the carrot cake on the top layer would freeze better than regular cake. Who the hell ate that a year later? One of my bridesmaids sent the top to us, but since it was delivered in Louisiana and sat outside in the heat for a bit it was covered in ants by the time my husband and I got home from work. We chose not to eat the cake and interpreted the plethora of ants as a fertility sign. We had three layers of different flavors too!
