I’ve been tagged, yet again. This time by Becky over at “I’d like to buy a vowel“
I am supposed to list 5 odd things about me for blog land. I thought being odd was enough. I guess not so here they are:
- I have an unhealthy
addictiondesire to eat Hot Tomale candies. (I’ve mentioned this before in another tag, but it really is worth mentioning again. - I can learn how to play a song on the guitar or piano in only a few minutes just by listening to it a couple of times.
- If I drive somewhere, I never forget how to get there ever again.
- I was a terrible test taker in school when the questions were multiple choice, but I was good if you had to write your answers in a paragraph. (Do you remember blue books anyone?)
- I never thought I was narcissistic but then I write this blog and share my life with the world, so I guess I am.
These probably aren’t really odd things but it’s 5 things none the less.

You know what I learned the other day about Hot Tamales? It’s hard to eat them and drive at the same time. I was speeding down the interstate trying to get them out of the box and in to my mouth. I’m pretty sure those driving around me were very scared. But I polished off the box without killing anybody so all is good.
I could really use that remembering-how-to-get-there talent. I don’t go anywhere without my little maps and directions.
