This one was just too classic not link to my Monday Morning Munchies! Everyday I warn my hubby about all the 'mysteries' of raising a daughter. He laughs bc he thinks I'm just exaggerating. I should send this post to him as proof.

Thanks for sharing!

Oh man, Ian tries to give me a tampon every morning lately. I get out of bed and go to pee and he opens the drawer and hands me a tampon.

I say "Thank you, but I really don't need one today, honey." This has happened every day this week.

I won't tell them about the band-aid thing. They would think that was a great idea. ESPECIALLY since I just bought Claudia some Hello Kitty band-aids (yes, I thought of you).

Aren't band aids the newest thing in fashion? At least it looks like that's all those teeny boppers have on when they go to the beach these days; strategically placed band aids. Not that I'd know because we're completely land locked with no beaches. All I know about beaches I learned from MTV. :)

OMG! Not many things make me laugh out loud - congratulations, my friend! Just wait until they start asking questions and you're fumbling around for answers. Although I suppose your wife will bear the brunt of that one!

My Hannah (7) was looking at a book of rabbits the other day and said, "I know how they make babies." With a little trepidation I asked, "How?" She calmly answered, "The boy rabbit gets on top of the girl rabbit." All I could say was, "You are absolutely right." And then I quickly left so she wouldn't ask any follow-up questions. Oy! I'm not ready!!
