I am prematurely ending the Google AdSense experiment for the food bank donation. The total as of this moment is $10.17. Now before you get all up in arms about me ending it before the 23rd of December, let me just say that I am doing it for a good cause.

Her Bad Mother is holding an auction. Her Nephew Tanner has Duchenne’s Muscular Dystrophy. You can read about his brave battle here.

Anyway, her auction is ending on December 17th at Midnight EST. I will be sending to Her Bad Mother, the money raised as of now to her to add to the auction collection. I will not be participating in the auction because i feel the prizes should go to those who are actively participating in the auction and I don’t want to influence any odds for those people to win. It would go against the purpose of the auction anyway.

So, as of this moment the Google AdSense experiment is officially off and the $101.70 (10x’s the amount collected) will be donated to Her Bad Auction. If you feel like participating, please click on the auction link above. I am sure it would mean a lot to Her Bad Mother and to Tanner and you get the benefit of those warm fuzzies for helping a great cause.

Oh and it looks like Google AdSense is working fine. It just takes a long while before the clicks are viewable as actually clicks so feel free to Google AdSense away and know that it appears to be working fine.
