Before I start, I just want to say, I am really liking this November blog-o-riffic, marathon-a-matic writing thingy *whew* my blog friends are doing. Yes, I called you friends, even though I don’t really know you. We are friends, aren’t we? I correspond with you strangers friends, more than I talk to my family and “real” life friends. So friends it is. Anyway, I get to read some of your insights everyday. I love it. Though I’m thinking of sending help to you. Why? Because I think you may be chained to your keyboard. Let’s hope November never ends in the blogoshpere.

Now, back to the reason for the post. We have sold our house and are out of here.

(Editors note: This may be the point my real life friends find out I even put the house up for sale. Sorry for that if that means you.)

So we are packing up the truck and heading to Beverly. Hills that is. No, not really. We are heading towards Auburn and the gold country. We will be making a scheduled stop in Lincoln until we find our new house. So in the mean time we will rent a house in this fine town and spend our next 1,000 weekends looking for the right schools, the right neighborhoods, the right parks, the right house, and the left leaning people. That last one may be hard. But the good thing is that another independent voter is heading towards a red county.

So between now and November 27th, we have to work, raise kids, pack the house, give our cats some love, give each other some love, raise the kids some more, try not to kill the kids while packing, wait for the PODS containers, and have Thanksgiving with the family. *Whew again*.

So in the near future, my blogging may be intermittent and my nerves frayed. But then again you can always go over to my friends blogs because they HAVE to write everyday. Suckers!
