As I mentioned in a post so long ago that I can’t even remember, we are selling trying to sell our house. We have had one offer in two months that was so low it was offensive and I almost ran the real estate agent out of the house. My wife (the calming influence in my life) told me that i should rethink that line of action. He lives to see another day.

So anyway, since we have not had much action on the house, we decided to take additional measures to ensure that our house was presented the best that it could. We are already paying to have it staged and let me tell you, living in a staged house with 18 month old twin girls is no picnic. So back to the drastic measures…. Every room in our house was redone by my wife and me over the last two years with the exception of the guest bathroom. We have another open house this weekend and we are constantly asked by Realtors to stop by a preview the house. So guess what we decided to do.

A COMPLETE REMODEL OF THE BATHROOM IN 24 HOURS. And guess what?� Come on guess? YES, I (I mean WE) DID IT!!!! We completely remodeled our bathroom in 24 hours. The only thing we did not do is change the bath tub and toilet.

We put up beadboard, new vanity, mirror and floor. Oh and we painted the whole bathroom. Yes we rock. Now I’m tired and I want to go to bed.

Did I mention we have 18 month old twin girls. Yes they are still alive. And so are we.

By the way, the bathroom looks great and we hope to sell this house in the next week. I don’t want to move during the holidays.
