Friday the 13th

Today is Friday the 13th. Did you know that Friday the 13th is bad for your health. Really. They did a study on this in Britain in 1993 and they came to the conclusion that Friday the 13th is bad for your health. I always wondered why Friday the 13th was bad, but Thursday the 13th or Sunday the 13th was fine.
So here is the answer for those of you who are geeks like me. Or for the just plain curious.
Why is Friday the 13th unlucky?

Is it bad that it’s 12:30 in the afternoon and I didn’t realize it was Friday the 13th until I read your post? Apparantly it’s a good thing I’m working from home today because with the combination of me shivering in the cold, the snow [although it's almost completely melted] and the fact that it’s Friday the 13th, I’m sure my chances of an auto accident are probably much higher then that 52% stated in the article.
