The guy who rides his motorcylce by my house every morning at 4:30 AM
Why I would like to meet him: So I can beat the living hell politlely ask him to take another route to work in the morning.
Probability that I will meet him: 0% – there is no fucking way I’m getting out of bed at that gawd awful hour.

I had the same thing –
we stopped by a red light and I herd a familiar, 4.30 am sound – I look to the right and there he was in all his glory – I confronted him and he admitted that it was him and he was sorry about the sound and blah and blah – we killed him.
