Ahh, barn life.

We took the Farty Pants Twins on a hike the other day. Near our house there is a lot of open space preserves. At the end of one of our usual hikes is a small farm that the girls love to visit. They have chickens, rabbits, pigs, sheep, a cow, and most importantly a barn. At the end of the barn is a small stage.
The Farty Pants Twins think they are stars already anyway. It’s the twins thing. Anyway, they always head to the stage and pretend to do whatever it is they do. There usually isn’t anyone in the barn but the Farty Pants Parents. Well on this day there were people in the barn. I grabbed this picture with my cell phone. A rare moment of stage fright? I think not. Just a water break before the performance began again.
Unfortunatley, I didn’t take a picture of the standing ovation the girls got. Moments later a little boy came up and tried to kiss each girl. That didn’t go down very well. Needless to say the girls told us it was time to go. Well actually we had to catch up to them as they fled.
