I just heard this morning on the radio (in an interview with her as she rolled out of bed) that they aren’t charging her with it…according to her “no charges of DUI will be made against me…everyone blows this stuff out of proportion”.

Pretty sure if this were anyone else, there wouldn’t be a question in anyones mind if charges would be filed.
