I have finally found something that sucks more than …… (Fill in the blank)

We are moving. Not the blog but the people behind the blog. We have put our house up for sale and are moving to …. Well actually we don’t know where yet. Just a general idea of the geographic region. The greater Sacramento area. Hopefully more in the Roseville, Rocklin, Auburn area. But who knows. That’s not the point. The point is that moving sucks. I mean really sucks! We have just spent the last few weeks getting the house ready. Doing painting, making the yard look nice and general stuff. We have also endured the inspections, the paper signing and oh more paper signing. All the while we have tried to continue to be good parents and not kill our kids in the process. (Or each other.) For those of you who have moved a whole house, I feel for you. We are about to do this. If you did it with 15 month old twins, I could use your advice. I want my kids to get through this with as little trauma as possible.
We are only at the listing stage. I can’t imagine what is in front of me is any more pleasant. I will continue to post our experiences as we get through this. Wow, oh boy does this suck.

Agreed. Moving blows. Pick a really great house so you don’t ever have to do it again.
We moved when I pregnant with our twins. That rocked. I made my husband do everything. I guess that doesn’t really help you in your situation though.
