I have taken some heat (no pun intended) and some kudo’s for my somewhat slightly leftwardly slanted political views of late. Just for the record I am neither a Republican or a Democrat because I can’t find much redeeming in either party. I think I am for the “Can’t we just get a long party”. Anyway, with that said, I am done with politics until something really gets under my skin again. So with that said, we are back to being a blog about twins and farty pants and all that other juvenile stuff that is fun to write about.

So to continue….. My kids think they are fish. They just celebrated 15 months and really have no fear that I can find. When we jump into the pool, the girls think they can jump in as well. This is not good. They do not know how to swim at 15 months and they sink. Well unless they fart. Then they float for a minute and then sink. So we are trying to teach the girls that the pool is fun but only after mom and dad say they can jump in with us. Oh but once they are in the water they think that it is the greatest thing in the world to paddle around and splash and spit and giggle and choke and all that comes with being wet.

Ahh! Summer.
