Lake Tahoe here we come. We are leaving tomorrow for Tahoe. Don’t rob the house, steal the kitties or vandalize my car. Okay, have fun with the car.
Well we are off to beautiful Tahoe. I just got back from a really hot trip to Las Vegas and they say Lake Tahoe will be having a heat wave as well. Great. Have you ever tried to cool off in Lake Tahoe? It is freezing. Well, a day in the freezing lake is better than any day at work.
Oh by the way, I cannot believe how much crap we need to take when going on vacation. Having twins is like managing a circus. We have to pack so much stuff just to cover every possible contingency. And can you believe we have to feed them too! Food, clothing, toys, swimwear, sun protection, blah, blah, blah. Jeez, I remember just getting in the car and going. Oh well. Thank god for the Toyota Sienna mini van.
So we are almost off. I will take my laptop but I may not have any internet access while up there so this may be my last post, unless the US wins their world cup game. It’s half time and they are down 2-1. Come on USA!!!
